At this stage i am fed up with Full Throttle. I believe in giving people a fair chance, and i have given Full Throttle more than a fair chance to resolve my issue. Unfortunately they did not want to come to the party by resolving my matter, and i now have to resort to this.
I bought a Blackbird Sticker-kit from Full Throttle on 6June 2013 for my offroad bike. I then installed the sticker kit on half of my bike but the product did not perform as it should. I then loaded my bike on my bakkie took it to Full Throttle in Lynwood road where Max had a look and confirmed that the product is defective this was on 9June 2013, 3 days after the purchase. I was then told by Max to remove the Stickers as this needs to be sent to their supplier.
This has now been 44days along the line and i have been there twice but just get empty promises from Max and Graham that this issue will be resolved so that i can get my refund. Not that you (Full Throttle) care, but meanwhile i can not ride my bike as i do not want to scratch my plastics to and gone.
Come on Full Throttle, how long can it take to give me my refund!? WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE EVER
