I purchased a bracelet and after a few months the bracelet broke, so I took it back there for a repair which they did and charged me R120 for it. A few weeks later the bracelet broke again in the same spot, took it back and once again they replaced it. After another few weeks, maybe even bout 3 months the bracelet broke again in the same spot, took it back there and now they want to charge me another R120 for the repair.
My argument is that if I'd known they were going to charge me again for the repair I would of took it somewhere else where i know there repairs won't break to bad workmanship. It would be pointless paying the R120 again for the repair because I'm convinced it is just going to break again and it's a miracle i still have it but luckily every time it breaks i feel it at catch it.
To make the situation worse, they have a young arrogant assistant workng in the shop who just wants to argue, she tells me it's normal for it to break because of wear & tear, every few weeks? The previous bracelet i had for years never broke!!
They're saying it's because the O ring is too small and not strong enough, then why not put a bigger, stronger one on?
