I stay 25km from PMB & 60km from DBN
I purchased a Ryobi Generator (5.5 KVA) to use @ my Sunday Fleamarket Stall
*I returned broken Generator to Umgeni Rd Game on 09/06/2013 - gladly accepted - Thank You
*On 27/06/2013, I drove from my home to Stevens & Co. - DBN
*The attendant @ Stevens (Mr...) was very co-operative & awarded a credit as Generator couldnt be repaired before 21 days
*He assured - pick up NEW unit from ANY Game Store
*On 29/06/2013, i went to Liberty Mall, PMB - closest to my home - with credit notes
*Customer Service failed to pick up info & requested i go back to Umgeni Rd
*within a few days, Customer Service @ Umgeni calls and guarantees that a unit has been reserved for me, awaiting collection
*On 07/07/2013 i proceed to collect @ Umgeni Game but Mr... notifies that there is NO STOCK THERE NOR AT other Game Stores in DBN & PMB
*I go back 2 Umgeni, 14/07/2013 - Mr... notifies me that there IS ONE unit available but on DISPLAY. If i wish i could collect from another branch!!!
MORAL
I Hired a Generator for the PAST FOUR Sundays at my expense of R1400 because of Games incompetence to Supply
I Demand a Voucher for this Expense or WE GO LEGAL!!!
