Mr Price Sport
No resolve after two weeks

I bought a pair of weight training cloves at Mr Price Sport at Festival Mall end of June. The gloves where not comfortable from the word go but i thought it might because they are new. They hurt my wifes hands and did not offer any grip whilst lifting weights. I wrote to Mr Price Sport head office via their website. I received a mail from Samantha asking for pictures. I sent the pics to her and after a week a Clinton called me asking if i wanted to exchange the golves for new ones or would i like a refund. I asked for a refund as i was now not impressed with the product they are supplying. Its now been over a week and i am still waiting for any type of feedback regarding my issue. I will never buy another product from them again.
