Great service does exist

My fiancee and I bought a new lounge suite in June, and needed it to be delivered by 1 July when we moved into our new house. We were helped by Gabriel at the Boksburg branch, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. When our suite was delivered (before the due date), we were overseas at the time, only to come home and find a small hole in the back of the 2 seater. I contacted Gabriel and another 2 seater was delivered to us. However, when we tested it, it was clear that the couch was not brand new and had been used, perhaps as a demo. I again contacted Gabriel, and he then escalated the issue to his manager. After numerous conversations, it was agreed that our whole suite would be replaced. Throughout this process, Gabriel was extremely helpful, polite and understanding. He always called to update me, even if it was just to say he's busy following it up. Even when he'd passed the issue to his manager, he still called to make sure that his manager had called me. The replacement suite was delivered this week and today Gabriel called me again to make sure that I'm happy with the new suite. He went beyond the extra mile and actually displayed managerial skills. Excellent service!
