Very Poor Service and No Feedback!!!

We bought a corner unit from Rochester in Centurion and from the start we were not happy with the quality and finish - poor stitching work. If we had not phoned in advance, we would have received the incorrect colour too. Corner units come with interlocking brackets that keep the two couches together. The first corner unit did not have it installed and this was brought to the attention of the salesperson. The salesperson said that a new unit will be ordered for us and this unit will have the brackets installed. We were also told that this excercise will take between six and eight weeks. We agreed to wait and being ensured that this new unit will be perfect and the way we want it. New unit unit was delivered within the agreed time frame but even this did not go well. We requested to be advised well in advance as to when the new unit will be delivered, driver phoned and said he was 30 minutes out and kept us waiting for 1 and a half hours. So... second set was delivered and again NO brackets installed?! Again, this was brought to the attention of the salesperson that promised to sort it out. Needless to say it has been 3 days without any feedback?! 2 Months - Really?!?!?
