I want my full refund!!!

On the 15th June 2013 morning a gentlemen from truworths called me saying my account is in arrears and when can I make payment. My reply to the gentlemen was "it is impossible my account is in arrears because my account is paid by debit order since 2005 and I have never not paid my account" I further went on saying he should look on his system properly because I know I could never be in arrears. Then the gentlemen tried to see what was wrong and said something about why he had made the mistake. On the 15th July a lady called me again saying my "account is in arrears" again annoyed I replied to that lady saying "she must have a proper look on her system because I'm not in arrears because my account is on debit and every 16th the monthly installements are paid. Then she does have a look on her system and find that I am infect telling her the truth. On the 16th mid night I receive a notification from the bank that truworths has been paid R3674.80 to my surprise I go to truworths to try and clear this out and to my disappointment they told me I have to wait for working days so the money can appear on their (truworths) side. 20th July I went to a truworths store in Oudtshoorn to clear th
