Firstly I would like to say that Clicks Eden-On-The-Bay in Big Bay, Western Cape, really does have excellent customer service and I am very impressed and happy with the staff there. Today they phoned all around the Western Cape for me for this Kambrook Breakfast Set on promotion. The Clicks in Tygervalley has 6 sets in stock as of Friday afternoon 19 July 2013, however, they are holding them for other customers. One customer is apparently picking up one set tomorrow while the other 5 sets will be picked up during the week. I think this is ridiculous! Where can a store keep a product that is on PROMOTION for more than 24 hours? Since when does Clicks stores do lay-bys? I am prepared to drive through to Tygervalley right NOW to purchase one of those 6 sets, cash in hand, however, Gloria at Tygervalley has made a 'promise' to her 6 customers that they may collect their Kambrook Breakfast Sets through the course of the week. Yes, through the course of the coming week!!! Ridiculous! But thank you to the staff at Clicks Eden-on-the-Bay for phoning around for more than an hour and a half trying to locate one of these sets. Could Clicks contact me regarding this misuse of store policy?!
