Late delivery and poor customer care

I purchased goods (chairs, table and cabine) on Tuesday 16 July 2013 and i was told to expect delivery on Thursday 18 July 2013. The items didn't have to be fetch from their warehouse since it was on their display. I had to arrange for someone to be home on Thursday and Friday and so far nothing is happening. The sales person promised to come back to me and im still waiting. I am also not happy with the general service of the store. Firstly the sales person was not upfront with the fact that i was buying the item currently on display at the shop. Secondly the sale person told me that if i buy on 12 months credit then there wont be any interest charged. I was suprised when the person arranging the contract informed me that i have to pay an additional interest. Thirdly i was also not informed upfront that the dilivery amount will be calculated based on the value of the items bought. I was only informed about the delivery amount on the day the contract was being prepared and after i have paid for the deposit of the goods.
