I was in the store and as the store assistant was telling everyone who came in about the special running for the day (18July), one of the assistants came to me and told me the special. I quote their words " Buy any 2 pairs of shoes and you get a third pair free" I then asked her "if I buy any 2 pairs of shoes you saying I can get any other pair of shoe free? " she said "yes, just not the one with the yellow sticker on" I then took my time looking for a nice shoe as I already knew which 2 pairs I was buying... finally I found the third pair which was to be free. I went to pay at the till which suppose to be R149, the teller tells me I must pay R299. I asked her why and she says that the system on the computer chooses which pair you get free. I was furious because that was not what I was told in the beginning! they should've told me that if I take 2 pairs of shoes I must pay for the most expensive one and I will get the cheapest shoe free! but they didn't say this. I was not going to pay for it and left!
