Yesterday evening i went to checker at northgate shopping to mall to purchase a kiddies camp chair and received a disservice i was standing int the baskets only queue waiting my turn to be served, when my turn came the cashier started ringing the goods of the customer who was behind me. I told her that those were not my goods and with an attitude told me that she cant call the supervisor to void the transaction to assist me, she proceeded with serving other customer and ignoring me, i even asked the till-packer to call the supervisor or manager who also told told me she cant, i must go get the manager myself. The cashier even gave me an attitude by ignoring me like i wasn't there. I was assisted by one the employees when went to fetch the manager. I had to be assisted by a different cashier as rulani wasn't interested in assisting me. i was very appalled by the behaviour- if this is the way that the cashiers at checkers northgate treat customer, then this company is gonna loose a lot of business. A transaction that should've taken 2-3 minutes to complete ended up with me having to spend More time in the shop waiting for assistance. I am really disgusted.
