Wrong account cleared

I have 2 accounts with Morkels so I won an account clearance on the other account, last month I was over the moon after I was contacted and told that my account has been cleared but when my statements arrived the wrong account was cleared and the amount the was suppose to be cleared was instead added to my account. Now I'm stuck with a huge balance and I'm really fed up.
