Two weekends ago we went to Toys R Us in Sandton City to buy a pram. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to assist none of the staff members were able to assist us with our questions (the differences between the models etc.) We left the store very frustrated.
On the Sunday we went to the Toys R Us store in Fourways and were greeted by friendly staff who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a pram only to find out when we got home that they didn't give us one of the boxes. When we phoned the store they were very helpful and returned our call within 5 minutes to confirm the box was still in the store room. After another trip we finally got the pram we wanted but if it wasn't for the good pricing we would not have visited another Toys R Us again to buy a pram.
