I have complained before about "Incredible Connection, Samsung and CRT. They responded to my email but have done NOTHING to fix their mistake.
In short they sold me a broken Samsung Laptop for R8000. They then refused to fix the computer. They refuse to give a new machine. And they have said it will take two weeks for Samsung SA to get parts for a working"hard drive" and DVD Rom. They were rude. They never called back. I have to phone them a lot to follow up and still nothing has been done.
My advice is to never buy anything from Samsung or Incredible Connection. I had a choice to by the new Samsung Galaxy phone but because of this situation I bought the new Sony Xperia.
Samsung shame on you. Incredible Connection - shame on you.
