In 2010 I received notification that my fiance's contract of employment was coming to an end.we took the time to close off his Edgars R210, Truworth's R6500, and identity -R800 with all the available funds he had left after his contract was terminated. I went into the identity at the wheel in durban and paid his account in full. However 3 YEARS LATER.without any other communication via sms or letter or anything else, we receive a call from MBD and associates regarding an identity account that is owing over R3000! WHERE WAS THIS ACCOUNT EVER USED? We asked a consultant who called us to please fax through a statement showing us what exactly was bought, which year, and when was the last credit made to the account to see if the payment showed, and this illiterate person took down my email address to send it to me. But to no avail!! She asks for proof of payment after 3 years, I want a statement for SAPS to report this case of, wile the lovely people at identity will be accumulating interest in my name and up my credit status
