I stopped going to Pick 'n Pay food store in Longbeach Mall and mostly go to Woolworths now - every time I go back into this Pick 'n Pay, I remember why I stopped going there. TERRIBLE LONG QUEUES, ALWAYS!!! And staff not helpful or friendly either. Today I once again left my goods and walked out after I waited for over 20 minutes in the queue - even if Woolworths is busy I don't wait that long and their staff is really friendly and helpful - by the way, I walked out and went to get my things from Woolworths.
