I paid this account in full in 2008 and for years been harassed by attorneys. Eventually last year it got sorted out or so I thought.
I am waiting for a confirmation letter to be emailed and posted to me that the account is settled.
Another thing is that on my credit profile by transunion it shows I have a revolving credit and that the account was paid up last year which is incorrect.
This account suppose to have been removed long time ago from my profile at the credit bureau. I made an application for a Foschini account and it was declined.
I am so tired of fighting year in and year out to get this sorted.
I think if I don't get this sorted by this week I have no option to contact my lawyer and ombudsman. I have phoned now and the call just gets dropped...
