I bought size 6 shoes for my mum about a week ago at Balfour Park. When I gave my mom the shoes she told me that the other shoe doesn't fit her. I told her that I bought size 6 buit she said when she checked under the left shoe it wass written size 5. The shoes were are written size 6 inside but the left shoe is written size 5 under.
I always do my shopping at Edgars but I've never experienced something bad like this, how can a pair of shoes in a box be of different size than the one that is actually written inside the shoes.
I am so disappointed and I want answers from Edgars.
