Manager doesnt like customers to complain

After being snubbed twice in this store by the sales staff who don't want to assist, the manager Mark Perumal does not like to be told about the poor service the store is rendering. He still has the audacity to make it clear further to me as a customer that he will not help me. I had some choice words with this manager following his attitude because I have never been treated with such disrespect to the point where I was going to use violence to attain my satisfaction.

Be warned Dion Wired, that your sales manager has done a wonderful job of pushing my buttons sufficiently to make my blood boil to the extent that I look forward to meeting him again and showing the world how customers should be served in his own store when I beat that arrogant smirk off his face.

I'm sure that this will make a great PR case study when your management needs to explain to the market on exactly why customers would be driven to violent solutions to be heard
