Last week Saturday 06 July we bought our son a pair of Nike takkies at Totalsports bellville. He wore it twice during that week and we noticed that the 1 takkie left front sole was coming loose. The staff and manager at bellville totalsports was very help full and they replaced the takkies with new 1's on the Friday 12 July 2012.
The new takkies was worn on saturday 13 July and that evening the right side front sole was loosen. What should i do, i do not blame the store but yet i blame Nike because they are the manufacturers of these takkies. My husband wanted to return the takkies again yesterday 14 july but we did not. I have to say i really like the takkies and it is unfortunate that the quality of the takkies are so bad. At the moment i'm still contemplating returning the takkies again to the store because of the fact that i like the takkies. If i return the takkies i will not have them replaced because if i my son wore them again and the same problem arrise what to do??? kindly help?
I have an old pair off takkies at home which is also Nike (which my son still wears) and i also bought it at Bellville Totalsports 2 years back but those 1 never the front soles got loose.
