I contacted the Clicks Clinic appointment booking line and i was booked an appointment for 21 January 2013. 16:15. This was scheduled via the call centre for the Clicks Golden Acre Clinic, Cape Town. On my arrival at the clinic, I was informed that it has been closed due to a staff member passing away and also it has been closed for almost a month.
My problem is why didnt the call centre inform me that the clinic has been closed and schedule me to another clinic? My time was wasted as i had to ask for permission at work to leave early, and why is the clinic clsoed for almist a month just because one staff member passed on? How many people pass away aeveryday but companies never close down? for a whole month? this is not on of clicks golden acre and also the call centre, i am very dissapointed and my time and energy was wasted because of the clicks poor service to its clients? also now how am i gonna ask for time out again from work for the same thing?
