Last night round about 7pm i walked passed shoe city and then decided to go in and just look around, i saw the perfect shoe but as usual no size. Carlyn then came up to me and asked if she can help, she showed me the same exact shoe just in a different colour. Tried size 4 (to small) size 5 (to big) she took out more than 10 boxes of shoes 4's and 5's to get the perfect fit but no luck. (Ready to give up) She then suggested i take a size 5 and then put in insoles (upsell ;) ) and it worked! :) Thanks Carlyn you are The Best, definitely a customer service champ!
