Three weeks ago I bought lounge suite, Midrand store I waited for a full 2 weeks for delivery without evenly contacted that lounge suite sold was out of stock, I had to find out by myself that's "quality from Geen & Richards".
Without any argument with who ever, I requested for my refund on the 09th July- I was told the money will reflect into my credit card within 48 hrs- I guess I can count properly as that money should be in my account already but it's still with Geen & Richards.
Are you guys going to refund my money or not?? if yes when can I have that money I have worked hard? it wasn't my intention to report your incomepetency by selling items that you dont have- but I really cant understand why you dont want to refund my money- Should I take this matter to NCA perhaps?
