I paid my account up at the end of March and instructed the cashier assisting me to close my account. She said to me that the call centre was closed and she will close it the following Monday and forward me my paid up letter.the following week since I recived no response I went to follow up and check if on system my account was closed and it wasn't... Immediately I called the store manager & explained that my account is not closed... week in week out I have went in to speak to the managers (2 ladies) but nothing has been done till today... I just want my account closed and a paid up letter to be send to me!!!
