I sent my three seater settee for repairs because of damaged legs the first time. The settee was recovered and sent with the same damaged leg.
After numerous visits to the store, the warehouse did not know what to do because they did not receive the legs which they ordered. It sat in the warehouse with nothin done and this time sent to me with badly damaged legs, holes on the leather and now the leather was damaged. I sent it back for repairs been to the store and was promised I will be delivered, still waitin from christmas. From the time I bought the settee it was sent damaged to my home. Its gone a year and a half still waiting and waiting being promised its coming or going to be delivered. I don't know what to do anymore. It is very embarrasing when you have visitors and they ask you questions. I paid a lot of money for this lounge suite and then what u see in the store and what is delivered to is something else.
