Having placed an order late on a Wednesday evening, I requested that I needed the item delivered by Friday. Yuppie Chef contacted me on Thursday morning and informed me that normal delivery would take two days. I asked if a special arrangement could be made. They called me back a few minutes later to inform me that they would send my order overnight at no extra cost. True to their word the parcel arrived on Friday with a hand written note thanking me for my patronage! Would I buy from them again? Absolutely!
