I have an account with Mr price and on the 24th of June i went to Brooklyn to pay my account and the cashier swiped my card three times. on their side my card declined but i received 3 sms's that R1500 has been deducted from my account, where only R500 was supposed to be deducted. i've been to the store this whole week and they telling me they cant find the transaction. So does this mean that my money is floating around. i gave them proof that on the 24th of June this money was deducted out of my account but they not willing to help.
