Poor service

Placed an order for a tablet on the site on 28 June 2013 (no stock out indicated). Latest delivery indicated was 5 July when order was placed, this changed to 9 July once payment was made. This delivery date has arrived and after a call to Loot to follow-up on order I was advised that there has been a delay in obtaining the stock from the supplier. I have since received an email stating that delivery MIGHT happen by 14 July 2013!! And that I have been upgraded to 1 day delivery at no charge, seriously they were thinking of charging me after this pathetic service. I will not be purchasing from this online service again. Be warned SA!!
