Dishonest, Poor quality, and bad customer service

I am disapponted with the quality of bed that I bought at OK Adderly Street, Capetown. I bought a bed in January 2013, and now its 5 month along the line the material on the base is torn. To my disaappointment, and this is really hurting, even though the bed is still under gaurantee, the representative said he can not do anything about it. The bed is torn because the material is either poor or had stayed for a long time before it was sold.

This is high level of dishonest, if the bed is not torn due to human effort then the shop should be replace it as it says on the guarantee. A bed is one of the most durable goods that must last long. But if it last for 5 month its day light.

This is also poor services, we attach quality to price, but if what we call quality last for 5 month then we must question the genuineness of our suppliers.
