I am being harassed by Norman Bissett & Associates' debt collectors for a JET account that is not even mine. Early last year, I was made aware of a JET account that had been opened in my name by VVM attorneys. I reported to this JET, through their account dispute channels that the account was not mine. I also informed the police and the Edcon Dept. The issue was investigated and resolved last year and my record removed from VVM. I even have a letter to that effect.
Recently, the issue has come back about the same JET account, only now I am being harassed by Norman Bissett & Associates. They are arrogant, unmannered and have no respect for the time or day and I am now going to open a harassment case against Norman Bissett & Associates' and Jet!!!
Furthermore, this account still reflects poorly on my credit record when in-fact it had nothing to do with me. And when I call Customer Care, all I get is a "Eish, they are not supposed to call you" cause the record is clean. I know that and supposed Jet and Edcon does but no-one seems to have told the DEBT COLLECTORS.
