I took couches via instalments @ beares furniture store, about a month later i discovered that the couches were torn due to factory faults, I called beares sales lady who assisted me explained the situation and they should fix them. About 2 months later that 's when they came, I asked how long is it going take to fix them & they said it will take three to four weeks. After 4 weeks I called the lady from the store asked her when am I going to get the couches back as 4 weeks is already passed, she said she will follow up with the suppliers, called me back a day after said the suppliers will call me & explain the delay, another week passed with no contact from the suplliers, I called again & she was telling irrelevant stories. I called the store 3 weeks later demanded to speak to the manager in need of clarity, only to find out that there was no line of communication between the suppliers & the sales lady. The manager called me a day after told me the suppliers delivered the couches to the store and had to I pay R100 for my own local delivery, the couches feet are not the same. I never skipped any payment & yet I got nothing but bad service. I demand delivery refund & correct couches feet back
