Called Game Fourways on 7/7/2013 to inquire about a Fujifilm S2980 digital camera advertised in the weekly catalogue. I asked the salesperson whether they had stock and he said they did not. then called Clearwater who had stock and asked the person helping me to check Fourways, he then told me they (Fourways) had 6 units in stock.
Had I not done this, I would have driven a further distance; however my real concern is that the staff did not really know what I was looking for so he said no and essentially to a customer. Besides the customer dissatisfaction this causes you brand damage and loss of turnover. Hopefully your management team will address this with the staff complement.
