In May 2011 I discovered that my revolving loan with Woolworths was overdrawn which was impossible because you can only withdraw available funds. I called to find out that the R750 payment I made on the 23.04.11 was not reflecting. It had to have reflected at the time because after my debit order went off I withdrew the R1000 available on the 28.04.11. I didn't have the receipt because I had already withdrawn the available balance but did send them my bank statement which reflected a Woolworths purchase plus the R750 loan payment. Woolworths would not accept this as proof & instructed me to go into the store with the card I used to debit, I went into the store but was told they could not help me. After numerous attempts to resolve this matter with numerous departments within Woolworths I was eventually handed over to MBD Credit Solutions who have also been unwilling to assist me. In the last 2 years & 2 months I have tried to resolve this issue many, many times without any luck. R750 is a lot of money for me, I cant just let it go plus I have unjustly had to pay so much interest!! I cannot tell you how stressful this has been for me & still have yet to resolve it over 2 years late
