I have a clothing account with Ackermans and everytime when I want to buy something from them, I am always either told that l don't have a credit or that my account is in arrears l must pay up before l can buy which is always not the case, l still do not understand what is wrong with this account. i am so sick and tired of this because I have a card and am paying monthly but when l want to buy l am told stories everytime. on the late 20's of june I went to Ackermans Kilarney to pay my account, l asked them to give me what is due and l was told its R41.00 and I paid R50. A week later 4 July, I went to ackermans Vosloorus to but buy something for R130, l was told my account is not in arrears but l cannot buy because l must pay money first and also wait for 7 days. They contacted someone by the name of Nandipha who also couldn't help me to buy what i wanted even though my account was up to date and l have a credit of about R1 100 and the only thing she told me was that l was supposed to pay again l don't know what for. I am paying monthly in cash and she told me about a debit order that l do not know of. I am so i just wanna pay off the remaining R111 and close this account.
