About 3 weeks ago i went to Beds 4 u Salt River branch to buy a bed and a head board. I was taken around the shop to choose a bed of my choice. After i chose a bed and a head board i paid in cash. I was told that my bed will be deliver on Monday early afternoon. On Monday i called Lucinda round about 12pm and she confirmed to me that my bed has been loaded onto the delivery van thats when the whole pathetic, disgusting service began.By 5pm my bed had not been delivered during this time i kept calling Lucinda asking her about the delivery of my bed she kept saying the driver is on his way. My bed was delivered at 6:40pm without my head board.
The next day i called Lucinda about my head board she said she will deliver the head board the very same day, no head board was delivered and they didn't even call me to let me know that they will not deliver the head board on Tues. Again on Wed i called Lucinda no apology whatsoever from her she promised that the head board will be delivered on Wed no head board was delivered at this point im really getting angry and she kept making excuses. Finally my head board arrived on a Fri and they will give me courtesy pillows im still waiting fo
