Firstly this is not the first time I have had Sour milk from Crickley Dairy sold at Pick n Pay, about 2 weeks ago I bought 6 sachets & they were all sour, I was on leave & had to drive back 40km (as I live in kaysers beach) to return them as I had no other milk. Fri I bought another 4 sachets & saturday I made a milk tart only to throw in sour milk, for the life of me I dont know why I didnt check, as I usually do, so i wasted a whole batch of Milk Tart Mixture too! I opened up the 2nd packet, also going sour, so i gave it to the dogs, the 3rd &4th packet was actually lumpy it was so sour (expiry date 23 Jan). So i tried as best i could to sticky tape up the 2 opened packets that i had kept to bring it back to PNP to prove that it was really sour, only to be told that they will only refund me for 2 of them, yet my slip had 4 on. I explained that not only do I live in Kaysers beach but the milk had ruined my whole milk tart, so without thinking of course i threw first 2 packets away, when I opened the last two and they were also sour that is when i decided I cant let 4 sour sachets slide! This is the absolute last time I will purchase milk from PNP, I am disapointed at customer service!
