I purchased a Russel Hobbs kettle from Makro.
Just before the warranty period expired, it started to rust.
I took it into Makro to be replaced.
Instead of replacing, it was sent to Russel Hobbs to be fixed.
Two months later - it started rusting again.
One purchases a Russel Hobbs product - because it's Russel Hobbs - you expect quality.
Now, I either have to PAY for the kettle to be 'fixed again' or I have to replace it myself - as it is no longer under warranty.
I am very sad to say that my experience with Makro and Russel Hobbs was very unsuccessful!
