I would advise anybody to really never ever buy a gift card from Edgars online.
First I was informed by the online store telepathically that the gift card will be delivered in 48 hours.
After 48 hours it was not delivered. Then i was informed it will take 3-5 working days... so
3 days passed, 4 days, 5 days... on freaking the 10th day i was not so nice anymore...
I contacted the online store who advised me that it has been delivered to the store.
I phoned the store who advised me that the the card was not in the store then the online store
contacted me and told me the gift card was in the store... they really do not know how to do there jobs
this was a gift for my brother for his birthday ordered on the 20/06/2013 hoping he will get it on or by his birthday the 25/06/2013, and no delivery. I had to follow up on the 1st of July to find out where the card was. I regret ever EVER buying a gift card online from Edcon Group!
I would have been able to deliver the gift card much faster if i went to buy it myself and send the couriers service I use to
deliver the card. I would have been able to save 7 days by doing it myself.
