VERY RUDE AND BAD ATTITUDE

Very disappointed about the services of DEFY.
The senior technician was very rude and when I phone Mark he didn't even
Phone me back after he spoke to the technician and apologised
After all I am still the client but it looks like that doesn't matter at all to DEFY.
Do not complaint about something to DEFY!!!
