I ordered a pair of shoes from bride & co in Boksburg. When I ordered them on the 18th May 2013 in a size 6, shoe name: Beaded Arch R-Shoe I was told that they would be at the store on the 1st of June, which was great because I was buying 2 more dresses from them. However when I arrived they told me they haven't arrived because of stock take. Thats ok, so she said she would order them again for me, she then came back to me a week later saying that she has two pairs for me in the size but they are both damaged, so again she ordered the shoes for the 3rd time. Two weeks later she called telling me she received a pair and they are brand new, excited as I am because its my wedding I told her I'd fetch them on the 29th of June 2013.When I arrived she gave me the shoes, and showing me that they are the right shoe. I paid for them and left. The next day I wanted to show my fiance the beautiful pair of shoes I found for our wedding and guess what? It's a size 4, on the box it says its a size 6 but inside a size 4! I am so disappointed, I bought three dresses from here and this is the way I'm treated, planning for your wedding should be fun but my experience at bride&Co has been terrible!
