I have applied for a cellphone insurance sometime a year before last and I wanted to cancel the insurance and went to Game Stores at Johannesburg CBD to cancel and when I get there they told me people who are trained to cancel the insurance are not there and have not been there for the whole week, that's when I logged a complain on their website, some guy phoned me and said the insurance is cancelled which they didn't because they deducted the money again on 27 June 2013, what must I do now?
