I called in on tuesday requesting for a settlemt letter and was told it will take 2 to 4 days for it to get emailed to me, i then requested requested for a statement to be email to me an i was told it will take another 2 days. funny enough i was transfered to they acc dept but they werent able to assist. i called Milady's and i receive my statement within 5 min.
