No Feedback on Orde

Good Day, On the 9th of May I placed an order to replace the current washing machine that I am renting from you as it is not working. I was informed that the washing machine that I wanted was out of stock and I will have to wait. On the 30th of May I contacted the Direct Sales Agent to find out what was happening - and was informed that Teljoy will get the washing machines from LG Mid-June. It is now the end of June - I have not received any feedback from Teljoy (The only feedback I got was that they can help me with a more expensive washing machine)- and in the mean while I have to struggle with a broken washing machine. I am at the current point of time reevaluating my 10 year relationship with Teljoy based on this poor performance - and might just close my account with Teljoy for good.
