I had an Edgars account that was in arrears. During the course of last year I managed to pay off my account.
This month I decided to check my ITC if all is clear and found that my Edgars account still there.
After I contacted Edgars they asked me to contact the debt collector which I did and they requested proof of payment. Which I send about 3 times because every time I contacted them they did not receive it.
So today I contacted the debt collectors and was referred back to Edgars. When I contact Edgars I am asked to refer back to the collectors. I have been put on hold for up to 15min and then the call was dropped. Now I need to contact both the debt collector and Edgars debtors department to ensure all the documents are in order and the payment reflects which I have tried and there is no answer
I have no idea what to do anymore, this is not effecting my life in a major way and no one seems to be willing to assist. When I was spending money at the stores they were quick to offer me more credit but now I need this resolved and no one helps.
