For the second time in less than 3 months I opened a bottle of clover long life milk to find that it is sour even though the expiry date is for 2014 and the box was not punctured. Both times the milk was purchased at Game in Mitchell's Plain. The first time I just through the bottle away but refuse to keep doing so as this milk is quite expensive. I sent an SMS with my complaint to the 31121 number on the clover bottle more than a week ago and still haven't received a reply from clover. Should I stop buying the milk at the Game store or should I just stop buying the clover brand?? with whom exactly is the problem??
