I Had an Arrears on my price n Pride account due to the fact that I hade submitted my complaint regarding damaged good that I got from the store, I have decided to pay my arrears in arrangement that They debit an amount of R1350 from my bank account every month, the debit order went off for the past two months now in order to update my account, but yet they keep sending me sms stating that my account is in arrears, I am fully aware of that and I have an arrangement to deduct the R1350 from my account. They have not even made their means to fix the damaged goods which i got from the store in that Condition but keep sending me sms about their money I am paying for damaged goods that I should actually need to send back.
