DISGUSTING ROCHESTER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT

When I originally walked into the Woodmead Rochester store in January I got a warm &friendly welcome, I then spent more than R30k on furniture, I was quite happy with the service and decided to place a second order, but this time my welcome was not friendly, I eventually walked out with nothing, it was N Simmonds that cushioned the blow & the second deal, which I spent probably about R10k. My 3 deal was from Rochester Randburg. So I have spent a lot of money at Rochester.

Just before delivery was supposed to take place in 01 March I was informed that half of my furniture was not ready, I was promised by Daryl that it would be ready for delivery as originally promised. What a fat that was. Each item I bought from Rochester was delivered in drips and drabs, one item at a time. All on different days. Eventually even after speaking to Wayln, which he eventually started ignoring me and not taking my calls, and some of your Regional Managers that was utterly rude that I had to slam the phone down on them for being rude to me. And no one wanted to even give me your name,
