38L LG METALIC MICROWAVE OVEN

My brother bought on his account for me a Metallic Microwave Oven (38L) November 2009.Last year? September/October the microwave start making noises. I contact Silverton Russels. It was bringing under my attention by Mr Angelo (salesperson) that it is still under guarantee, therefor I can bring it back for repairs. After repairs I took it home. At home when I switch it on, it still making the same noise. Again, I contact Mr Angelo which say to me that I can bring it back. The moment when I bring it back, the branch manager (Mrs Magda Kleynhans) was complaining about the person they make use of and they send it to another one for repairs. After few weeks it was back and ready for use. At home, the sound was still there. I contact Angelo and told him the microwave is still the same. Due transport and I am working full time it was a problem to take it back. End April, during visit to the branch, Mr Angelo say to me to bring it back, change for new one. I asked my brother to take it back. On 22 June 2013 I visit the branch to find out when can I get my new one. Mrs Magda Kleynhans leave early and wasn't available. After phoning head office. Silverton phones me. Magda don't know about the 2nd time. No exchange.
