I cancelled my account at Middelburg branch as my payment was R900-00 and monthly instalments was R350-00. done payments if there was problems I made sure there was payments done and followed up the next month by paying the full instalment. got sick of paying and never saw that my monthly instalment or my actual amount due for payment went off. I paid the full amount requested to cancel my account in full once off and assumed this will be my last worries on Mr Price. surprisingly I wanted to take out an account by Game and was declined as a low ITC score! I know all payments I need to do and all of them are paid up to date. now I would like to know why Mr Price put me on a low ITC score- I am not with them no more and refuses to ever be again- why am I still on the low ITC score on this date till now??? I need urgent response on this asap as I can not tolerate the Mr Price call centre at all- they are rude and not helpful at all. I need my ITC to be fixed. if I never done my payments I would understand this. but now the full payment is done and cancelled.
