17 May, i requested TomcoGauteng to do my daughters tombstone and they asked for the image. which was emailed to them and there after the Showroom Manager accepted and committed herself in doing the job. She later informed me that the factory will give them a price and after she will send quotes.
She did send quotes and i honored the agreement by making the payment, last week i asked for feedback and she mentioned to me that they are almost done with it and my request was to see it before installation and they said that wont be possible but i must meet them at the cemetery and should i not like it then they wont install.
Today they were very late, 4hours late from a 11:00am appointment. Deon who is the appointed person to install didn't even apologies but continued with the installation even though we are telling him to wait a bit as the tombstone is not what i requested.
I called the Show Room Manager and i personally sms-ed the image of the Tombstone, she sounded shocked and she said she will refer the matter to the branch Manager who said there is nothing they can do. The Branch Manager is Karin - 0835643032 and the Show Room Manager is Neo Matsima -0848221012/011 394 4382.HE
